About
The GLP-1 Guide compares compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide telehealth providers on price, disclosure, and verifiable signals. Here is who runs it, how it makes money, and the relationships we disclose.
The GLP-1 Guide is published by Generational Health, a company separate from the providers reviewed here. We are a commercial publisher — not a pharmacy, a prescriber, or a manufacturer. We do not provide medical care or dispense medication.
Every provider is graded on the same fixed, published rubric, with real sourced data and honest pros and cons. A provider's ranking has to be justified by that rubric — we change a ranking only by changing the data or the published criteria, never to favor a particular result. The full scoring criteria and weights are open to inspection on our methodology page.
Every provider is scored on the same five-part rubric — price transparency, pharmacy disclosure, reviews, clinical oversight, and support — and separately assigned a verification rating based only on what it publicly discloses. A provider's placement has to be justified by that rubric.
Every price and figure is taken from the provider's own published page and dated. Where a value is not publicly disclosed, we mark it “Not disclosed” rather than guessing. We do not publish invented reviews, ratings, or prices.
